Chili – Garlic Vinegar Sauce
This is the sauce that I used every day with every meal across Vietnam. With rice, with pho, with noodles, with eggs. After traveling to Asia and Mexico I think I basically got addicted to spicy food but I want my sauces without any preservatives so I make them myself. If you like spicy food and spicy sauces – this jar is definitely a must on you table. Â
