Polish Orange Milk Mushroom & Spinach Pasta

NEED:Â pot for pasta, wok or large pan
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g pasta
- 100g (medium) onion, chopped
- 2 garlic gloves, sliced
- 200g fresh spinach
- 200g wild orange milk mushroom, cleaned (see here)
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 1/2 cup 30% fat cream
- pinch of salt and pepper to taste
RECIPE:
- Cook pasta according to directions
- Melt butter, add onion, garlic, fry on low/medium heat for 5 min
- Add spinach and mushroom, keep low/medium hear for 7 min
- Add cream, salt, pepper and bring to boil, keep on low heat for 2 min
- Add pasta, and keep on low heat for 1-2 min
- Serve – you can add basil or sprinkle with chives
