Greek-style Salad
Very well adopted salad in Poland and across the world. Not much to add with this recipe, just tossing an idea of what makes my everyday lunch during the summer. Really quick to prepare – do it yourself when staying at home, or prepare in a bowl and take to work.

PREP TIME: 5-10 min
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 leaves of Romain Lettuce, cut lengthwise, then into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 plum Tomato, cut in dices
- 5 inch / 10 cm cucumber, cut in half moons
- 10 olives
- 1/4 cup of Green Onions, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 Sweet Spanish Onion, cut in feathers
- 1 slice of feta cheese, crumble with your hands
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp worcester sauce
- pinch of salt and sugar to taste
RECIPE:
- Toss all ingredients together (#1 – #7)
- Combine dressing ingredients (#8 – #14), stir or shake well
- Pour over salad and serve immediately.
PAIR WITH: Fresh baguette, grilled chicken, any grilled meat
