Omelette with Salami, Olives & Onion

NEED: pan with cover
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 10 slices of spicy salami
- 2 tsbp of olives
- pinch of salt
- oil
RECIPE:
- heat up oil in a pan, add onions and fry on medium heat for few minutes until soft
- Whisk 2 eggs with sour cream and salt
- Pour egg mixture onto the pan
- Add salami and olives on top of the eggs
- Fry covered for 5 min or until eggs are no longer ‘watery’
PAIR WITH: Bread, Potatoes
