Korean Tacos – Beef & Kimchi
This recipe does not definitely originate in Poland. But… is delicious. I tried these tacos for the first time just few weeks ago and since the it became one of my fav recipes. And believe it or not, really easy and quick. All you need is some ingredients and a little work.

PREP TIME:
NEED: wok
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- pinch of crushed chili flakes
- 2 garlic gloves, minced
- 1 tbsp of ginger, chopped/minced
- 100g (4oz) beef, sliced super thin
- 6 corn small tacos
- 6 tbsp kimchi
- 6 tbsp mayo
- small red onion, sliced into feathers
- fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime
- 1 avocado, smashed with fork with little salt and lime juice
RECIPE:
Combine sugar, soy sauce, oil, chili, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
Place sauce mixture in the wok, heat up and add beef. Fry on high heat for 7-10 min. Sauce should be mostly absorbed.
Heat up tacos on the pan, both sides
On each taco, place 1 tbsp of mayo. and spread.
Add beef to all tacos.
Add 1 tbsp kimchi on each taco on top of beef.
1 tsbp of avocado on each taco, next to beef.
Sprinkle red onion.
Sprinkle each taco with cilantro.
Serve and enjoy!
