Cucumber Salad in Poland called ‘Mizeria’ is polish traditional dish made from cucumbers in sour cream with dill. It usually is served chilled with some kind of hot meat dish and potatoes on the side (of course :). I usually make this salad in the summer, when cucumbers are in season. I think it’s one of my favorite sides to go with fried meat (like schnitzel or cutlets).
