Bread, Avocado, Salmon for Breakfast

Good morning healthy life!  Today, a mix of good omega 3 fats for breakfast.

PREP TIME: 5 min

INGREDIENTS:
1. half avocado
2. 2 slices of smoked salmon
3. 6 capers
4. teaspoon of lemon juice
5. 10 slices of fresh green cucumber
6. half small red bell pepper
7. 2 slices of bread
8. salt & pepper

RECIPE:
Put avocado, salmon, capers on bread and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cucumber and pepper on the side to bite with open sanwiches.

PAIR WITH:
Coffee, juice
